How we handle cookies, account access and data requests

We use cookies to remember your login, keep you signed in across sessions and prevent fraudulent access. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; analytics cookies last up to two years. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access.

Account security

Your password is encrypted immediately upon entry. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account Settings. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password instantly and contact support to review your transaction history.

Third-party access

Payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS networks) receive only the minimum data needed to process your transaction. We never sell or rent your personal information to marketing firms or data brokers.

Data retention

Account details are kept as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain transaction records for seven years for regulatory compliance. Unused account data is archived after two years of inactivity.

Your access rights

You can download a full copy of your data including account history, deposits and withdrawals through Settings > Privacy Tools, or email [email protected] to request it in another format where local law permits.

Updating your information

Correct or update your name, email, phone and address in Settings > Profile at any time. For changes to banking details linked to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, you may need to reverify through live support for your security.

Questions about your data and account privacy

No. Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS details are passed only to the payment network itself to process your transaction. We never share your account data, email or phone number with marketing platforms, affiliates or data brokers without your explicit written consent.

We retain your transaction records—deposits, withdrawals, bet history and refunds—for seven years. This is required for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. You can view your full history anytime in Account > Transaction History.

Yes, you can download your data anytime through Settings > Privacy Tools. To request it in a different format where local law permits, email [email protected] with your account email. We respond within five business days.

When you close your account, your login access is suspended immediately. Transaction records stay on file for seven years for compliance. Personal details like email and phone are archived but not deleted, and your account cannot be reopened with a new email for 30 days.
